Confirmed provider information
- ChangeNOW describes a risk-based AML/KYC process and may pause an exchange for verification.
- Its published policy names Sumsub as a verification provider and compliance@changenow.io as the compliance contact.
- QXHub does not promise a KYC-free exchange and does not attempt to bypass a provider review.
Service principles
- QXHub does not take custody of customer assets or operate customer balances.
- ChangeNOW supplies provider quotes, receiving addresses, transaction processing and any required compliance workflow under its terms.
- Availability, limits, fees, verification and refund outcomes depend on the provider, route, network and applicable law.
- Users must never provide a seed phrase, private key, wallet password or recovery phrase to QXHub or support.
