QXHub provides a technical interface. ChangeNOW creates and processes exchange orders under its current terms and policies.

Confirmed provider information

• QX Swap loads the current active crypto-to-crypto asset and network catalog directly from the ChangeNOW API. The exact list can change as ChangeNOW adds, pauses or removes routes.
• Live provider availability and limits are checked for the exact asset-network pair.
• An asset ticker alone is not enough: users must verify the network before sending.

Service principles

• QXHub does not take custody of customer assets or operate customer balances.
• ChangeNOW supplies provider quotes, receiving addresses, transaction processing and any required compliance workflow under its terms.
• Availability, limits, fees, verification and refund outcomes depend on the provider, route, network and applicable law.
• Users must never provide a seed phrase, private key, wallet password or recovery phrase to QXHub or support.
