QXHub provides a technical interface. ChangeNOW creates and processes exchange orders under its current terms and policies.
Non-custodial provider exchange flow from quote to wallet payout.
Confirmed provider information
- QXHub requests a provider quote without exposing the provider API key to the browser.
- When transactions are enabled, the external provider creates the deposit address and processes the exchange.
- QXHub never needs a seed phrase, private key, wallet password or recovery phrase.
Service principles
- QXHub does not take custody of customer assets or operate customer balances.
- ChangeNOW supplies provider quotes, receiving addresses, transaction processing and any required compliance workflow under its terms.
- Availability, limits, fees, verification and refund outcomes depend on the provider, route, network and applicable law.
- Users must never provide a seed phrase, private key, wallet password or recovery phrase to QXHub or support.
