Privacy Notice

QXHub provides a technical interface. ChangeNOW creates and processes exchange orders under its current terms and policies.

Minimum technical and transaction data used to provide and protect the exchange interface.

Confirmed provider information

• QXHub processes the request country, a one-way rate-limit identifier derived from the connection IP, wallet addresses, exchange parameters and provider transaction ID only as needed to quote, create, protect and recover an exchange request.
• Private receipt data is encrypted at rest and retained for no longer than the 24-hour recovery window; QXHub does not collect card details, seed phrases, private keys or wallet passwords.
• Provider-side transaction, personal-data and compliance handling is described in the ChangeNOW Privacy Policy.
• ChangeNOW publishes compliance@changenow.io for privacy and compliance requests.
• Questions about a provider transaction or provider-side personal data should be sent to ChangeNOW with the transaction ID, never with a seed phrase or private key.

Service principles

• QXHub does not take custody of customer assets or operate customer balances.
• ChangeNOW supplies provider quotes, receiving addresses, transaction processing and any required compliance workflow under its terms.
• Availability, limits, fees, verification and refund outcomes depend on the provider, route, network and applicable law.
• Users must never provide a seed phrase, private key, wallet password or recovery phrase to QXHub or support.
