Refund Information
QXHub provides a technical interface. ChangeNOW creates and processes exchange orders under its current terms and policies.
Provider-controlled handling of failed, delayed or refunded transactions.
Confirmed provider information
- Refund eligibility, verification and processing are controlled by the provider terms for a provider-created exchange.
- A sending-network refund address should be supplied when the route supports it.
- QXHub does not guarantee a refund amount or completion time that the provider has not confirmed.
Service principles
- QXHub does not take custody of customer assets or operate customer balances.
- ChangeNOW supplies provider quotes, receiving addresses, transaction processing and any required compliance workflow under its terms.
- Availability, limits, fees, verification and refund outcomes depend on the provider, route, network and applicable law.
- Users must never provide a seed phrase, private key, wallet password or recovery phrase to QXHub or support.
