Confirmed provider information
- ChangeNOW publishes support@changenow.io as its support email.
- Compliance and verification questions can be directed to compliance@changenow.io.
- Keep the provider transaction ID when requesting help; never send a seed phrase or private key.
Service principles
- QXHub does not take custody of customer assets or operate customer balances.
- ChangeNOW supplies provider quotes, receiving addresses, transaction processing and any required compliance workflow under its terms.
- Availability, limits, fees, verification and refund outcomes depend on the provider, route, network and applicable law.
- Users must never provide a seed phrase, private key, wallet password or recovery phrase to QXHub or support.
