Confirmed provider information
- QX Swap transaction creation is available when Cloudflare can identify the request country and that country is not on the server-side prohibited-jurisdiction list.
- The explicit blocked-country policy includes the United Kingdom and United States, plus countries associated with current United Nations sanctions regimes: Afghanistan, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Guinea-Bissau, Haiti, Iraq, North Korea, Lebanon, Libya, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan and Yemen.
- ChangeNOW also prohibits access by a person who is located in, or is a citizen or resident of, a sanctioned jurisdiction or a country where cryptocurrency use is forbidden by applicable law. A request-country check cannot verify citizenship, residence or every local-law restriction, so the user must confirm eligibility before creating an exchange.
- ChangeNOW reserves the right to restrict additional markets, require verification or refuse a route. A visible quote does not override provider terms or applicable law.
Service principles
- QXHub does not take custody of customer assets or operate customer balances.
- ChangeNOW supplies provider quotes, receiving addresses, transaction processing and any required compliance workflow under its terms.
- Availability, limits, fees, verification and refund outcomes depend on the provider, route, network and applicable law.
- Users must never provide a seed phrase, private key, wallet password or recovery phrase to QXHub or support.
