QXHub provides a technical interface. ChangeNOW creates and processes exchange orders under its current terms and policies.

How the QXHub interface connects users to the ChangeNOW exchange service.

Confirmed provider information

• QXHub is a technical interface that requests quotes and exchange orders from ChangeNOW; the exchange service itself is supplied by ChangeNOW.
• Crypto exchanges created through this interface are governed by the current ChangeNOW Terms of Use, API Terms, Privacy Policy, AML/KYC Policy and Risk Disclosure.
• Users must be at least 18, use legally obtained funds, comply with local law, and use the service only from an available jurisdiction.
• QXHub does not custody customer funds, operate user balances, or request a seed phrase, private key, recovery phrase or wallet password.
• ChangeNOW identifies CHN Group LLC as the provider behind its service and API terms.
• CHN Group LLC is registered in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines as company number 3010 LLC 2023, with the registered address Euro House, Richmond Hill Road, Kingstown, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.
• ChangeNOW states that exchanges created through its API are governed by the ChangeNOW Terms of Use.

Service principles

• QXHub does not take custody of customer assets or operate customer balances.
• ChangeNOW supplies provider quotes, receiving addresses, transaction processing and any required compliance workflow under its terms.
• Availability, limits, fees, verification and refund outcomes depend on the provider, route, network and applicable law.
• Users must never provide a seed phrase, private key, wallet password or recovery phrase to QXHub or support.
